We made croque madame for dinner last night. And i just found out that April is national grilled cheese month (in the states). It was a process ti make but very yummy.
It’s been unseasonably warm in new york. So i got the urge to made fish tacos. It’s really the pickled red onion that makes them so good.
Sushi mashups - mini maki filled with cabbage, coconut, red chilli, ginger, garlic, and a bit of jaggery.
Huevos Rancheros in Berlin - 2 fried eggs on crispy corn tortillas, filled with black beans and cheese - topped with salsa.
Lazy dinner consisted of mashed up avocado mixed with cumin and lemon juice, tinned sardines, and pita.
